Classic Men's Physique Program
  Even modern men want classic results. A body that is powerful, fit, fast and performs well in any situation. We believe in athletic fitness. That means that you function at least as well as you look. The overly pumped, clumsy physiques of drug using bodybuilders is out. The proportional, high performance physiques of athletes like sprinters and gymnasts is in.

 

But remember, appearance always follows performance so our training programs balance maximum strength, with high levels of endurance and conditioning so your body becomes a well oiled machine able to handle any real-life physical task. After all, we want you to perform well both in the gym and in the real world.


Youth Fitness Programs
  We believe in the next generation. But unfortunately much of our next generation is going to have physical problems if we allow poor nutrition and inactivity to be the norm. Our program for youths focuses on proper posture, movements and habits that will last a lifetime. Youth benefit from increased confidence in their physical skills.

 

We all like to do things that we enjoy and are good at and our training shows young people how to enjoy and excel at physical activity. We also teach proper nutrition that helps young people make smart food choices that maximize their growth potential both physically and mentally. Seniors Fitness Program
  Medical science allows most of us to live a long life. The only variable is our QUALITY of life. Quality of life for seniors is closely linked to muscular strength and endurance.

 

Our Seniors Fitness Program helps our senior clients stay healthy, happy, self-sufficient and injury free. Our training program improves balance, coordination, strength, and muscular endurance. This training program reduces the risk of the most common problems for seniors. Falls, hip problems, back pain and cardiovascular (heart) failure. Athletes Performance Program
  Do you want to dominate the competition? Do you want to improve your personal best times? Do you want to run faster, jump higher and be more injury proof than ever?

Our Athletes Performance Program will show you how. We provide sports specific strength, speed, power and conditioning coaching that will help you leave your opponents in the dust, or on the ground.

 


This program will help you:
  • Correct imbalances and tightness that lead to poor performance and injury
  • Build muscle/reduce fat so that you achieve the right body shape and size for your sport

IPPT/NAPFA/Pre National Service Training
